Section 17 – Common Compliance Rules and Prohibited Practices
17.1 Compliance with Rules
The client undertakes to comply with the following, depending on the programme:
The following are strictly prohibited (non-exhaustive list), on any programme, during challenge, funded and/or live phases:
Where a minimum number of trading days is required, a day may be counted as 'valid' if the trader records a closed performance variation (profit or loss) of 0.30% or more of the account's initial capital.
17.4 Daily Consistency Rule (Daily PNL Cap at 30%) – Funded Phase Only
This rule requires that the profit realised on any given day does not exceed 30% of the total accumulated profit on the funded account. It aims to ensure that profits result from a consistent, disciplined and controlled strategy, rather than from sporadic or excessive risk-taking.
For example, if your best trading day yields +$300, to be eligible for a payout your total P&L must reach at least $1,000, so that your best day does not represent more than 30% of your total P&L ($300 / 0.30 = $1,000).
The client undertakes to comply with the following, depending on the programme:
- Loss limits (DDM, DDJ, DDM EOD)
- Consistency rules
- Minimum trading days and validity conditions
- Rules relating to withdrawals (profit split, payout cap, etc.)
- Any strategy restrictions
The following are strictly prohibited (non-exhaustive list), on any programme, during challenge, funded and/or live phases:
- Exploiting price display errors, latency or update delays
- Using external feeds (slow/fast) to gain an unfair advantage
- Transactions aimed at manipulating the market (simultaneous opposing positions, coordination between accounts, etc.)
- Violation of the provider's and/or trading platform's terms and conditions
- Automated technologies / AI / high-frequency systems intended to manipulate, abuse or gain an unfair advantage
- Transactions contrary to market reality, which could cause serious financial consequences for the providers

Section 18 – Appendix 1: Rules by Programme (Current Offers)
This appendix groups together the key rules. For full details (e.g. instruments, platforms, exact terms), please refer to the official FAQ of the relevant programme.
18.1 Instant Funded (Immediate Funded Accounts)
Features:
18.2 2 Steps Accounts (Challenge Phase)
During the Challenge phase:
In funded:
How drawdowns work
- Daily loss: The authorized daily loss is a maximum amount that you can lose in one trading day on your account. This limit is set to help you manage risk and avoid excessive losses over a short period. For example, if the authorized daily loss is 5% on a virtual capital of $100,000, you cannot lose more than $5,000 in a single day. The daily reset occurs at 00:00 GMT: the daily drawdown automatically resets every day at 00:00 GMT. At that precise moment, the account equity value (balance + floating gains/losses) is recorded. The new daily loss limit is calculated from this equity.
- Max Drawdown: The maximum drawdown is the total amount you can lose relative to your account's initial balance. Unlike the daily drawdown which resets every day, the maximum drawdown applies to your entire trading period. For example, if the maximum drawdown is 10% on a virtual capital of $100,000, your account balance must never drop below $90,000. After a withdrawal, this threshold remains fixed at the initial balance and does not recalculate.
18.4 1 Step Account – Challenge Phase
During the Challenge 1 Step phase, the client undertakes to comply with all of the following rules:
The EOD drawdown corresponds to the maximum allowed loss, calculated from your account equity at the end of the previous day (00:00 GMT). Each day, a new limit is set according to your equity recorded at 00:00 GMT. If this equity is higher than the previous EOD threshold, then this new value is used to recalculate the drawdown. During the next day, your account must never drop below this threshold. Unlike an intraday drawdown, this limit does not adjust in real time, which provides more flexibility in managing positions. In the framework of the 1 Step Challenge, the drawdown is trailing End of Day (EOD) until it is fully covered, then it becomes fixed at the initial balance.
Example: Initial capital: $100,000. You reach $106,000. The drawdown is then locked at $100,000 and no longer rises.
18.5 1 Step Account – Funded Phase
Once the 1 Step Challenge is validated and the activation fee is paid, the client accesses a funded account, subject to the following rules:
The EOD drawdown corresponds to the maximum allowed loss, calculated from your account equity at the end of the previous day (00:00 GMT). Each day, a new limit is set according to your equity recorded at 00:00 GMT. If this equity is higher than the previous EOD threshold, then this new value is used to recalculate the drawdown. During the next day, your account must never drop below this threshold. Unlike an intraday drawdown, this limit does not adjust in real time, which provides more flexibility in managing positions. In the framework of the 1 Step funded account, the drawdown is trailing End of Day (EOD) until it is fully covered, then it becomes fixed at the initial balance. After a withdrawal, the drawdown remains fixed at the initial balance and does not recalculate.
Example: Initial capital: $100,000. You reach $106,000. The drawdown is then locked at $100,000 and no longer rises. If you withdraw $3,000, the drawdown remains fixed at $100,000: your balance is now $103,000, so you have $3,000 of margin available before reaching the maximum allowed limit.
Withdrawal Cap (Payout Cap)
18.6 – LIVE Programme
18.6.1 – Activation and Discretion
Every funded trader at WGF is subject to the LIVE Programme. The progression of a trader from a simulated environment to the LIVE environment operated via WGF's partner broker is at the sole discretion of the prop firm. Access to the LIVE Programme remains conditional upon continuous compliance with identification and compliance obligations.
Upon activation of the LIVE Programme, any validated and eligible payout amount (hereinafter the 'Eligible Payout') is set at one hundred and ten per cent (110%) of the Eligible Payout. The corresponding amount is referred to as the 'Enhanced Payout'.
Enhanced Payout = Eligible Payout x 110%
18.6.2 – Distribution of the Enhanced Payout
From the activation of the LIVE Programme, the Enhanced Payout is distributed as follows:
a) Immediate payment to the trader: Twenty per cent (20%) of the Enhanced Payout is paid to the trader via the payment method validated by WGF.
b) Initial credit to the LIVE account: Thirty per cent (30%) of the Enhanced Payout is allocated to the trader's LIVE account.
c) Progressive unlocking by performance milestones: The remaining fifty per cent (50%) of the Enhanced Payout is unlocked as additional credits to the LIVE account under the following conditions:
18.6.3 – Additional Performance Bonus
Subject to continuous compliance with the LIVE Programme conditions, when a trader achieves a positive performance equivalent to three per cent (3%) of the nominal initial capital from the first 2 milestones reached on their LIVE account, WGF shall pay a bonus. This applies indefinitely as long as the LIVE account is active. This bonus corresponds to ten per cent (10%) of the 110% credited to the LIVE account. This bonus is deposited into your LIVE account.
18.6.4 – Profit Split Applicable in LIVE
Under the LIVE Programme, the performance achieved on the LIVE account is subject to a profit split of eighty per cent (80%) in favour of the trader and twenty per cent (20%) in favour of WGF, unless otherwise stated in writing. This profit split applies exclusively to net validated profits calculated according to WGF's internal methods.

- Max Drawdown (End of Day): 4%
- Consistency Rule: 50%
- Minimum number of trading days: 2 days
- News Trading: Allowed
- Trade under 1 minute: Allowed
- NO SL: Allowed
- Activation fee: €149 (one-time payment, due only after challenge validation and conditioning access to the funded account)
- Global maximum drawdown (DDM – End of Day): 4%
- Consistency Rule: 30%
- News Trading: Allowed
- Trade under 1 minute: Allowed
- NO SL: Allowed
- Minimum number of active trading days: 7 days
- A trading day is considered valid if the trader records a closed performance variation of ≥ 0.50% gain on the account's initial capital. Losing or neutral days are not counted.
- Minimum payment request: $100
- Maximum withdrawal request: Traders can request up to 50% of their cumulative P&L, within a maximum amount limit. This maximum amount depends on the account size and is indicated below:
- Account $50,000 → maximum withdrawal of $2,000 per request
- Account $100,000 → maximum withdrawal of $4,000 per request
- Account $200,000 → maximum withdrawal of $5,000 per request
- First milestone: Allocation of twenty-five per cent (25%) of the Enhanced Payout when the trader achieves a positive performance equivalent to one per cent (1%) of the nominal initial capital.
- Second milestone: Allocation of twenty-five per cent (25%) of the Enhanced Payout when the trader achieves a positive performance equivalent to two per cent (2%) of the nominal initial capital (from the first milestone reached).
18.6.5 – General Provisions
- The performances used as a basis for calculating the milestones (1%, 2%, 3%) are assessed exclusively on the LIVE account according to WGF's internal calculation methods.
- Credits allocated to the LIVE account do not constitute a deposit by the trader but an internal profit distribution mechanism.
- WGF reserves the right to modify, adapt or terminate the LIVE Programme at any time for operational, regulatory or risk management reasons related to our partner broker.
